Description
Empirical’s InhibiTaq PLUS MasterMix is a 4X concentrated qPCR MasterMix containing Empirical proprietary HotStart Taq DNA polymerase and buffer system which has been developed specifically to permit robust qPCR performance in the presence of substances found in a wide range of samples that normally inhibit PCR amplification of DNA.
The MasterMix also contains dUTP and UDG to reduce the risk of carryover contamination.
The MasterMix has been developed to provide increased confidence when working with complex clinical and environmental samples.
